Custom Designs

We can custom design a sample for your special occasion and will work with you to achieve the perfect product. A deposit of 25% will be required on all orders to begin production. Larger orders may incur an additional deposit.

The Proof Process

When supplying us with personalization information, please check to ensure you have spelled the names in question correctly, have the correct dates, times, personal information, etc. Angie’s Candies can NOT be responsible for customer errors. Orders are processed immediately after your approval. If a change must be made due to an error on your part, Angie’s Candies must regretfully charge you for any supplies and products used.

Angie’s Candies will email or snail-mail (depending on your timeframe) a sample proof for your approval. You may make any changes at that time. Your proof will be shown with a watermarked “sample” sign. This will NOT appear on your products. Once you approve your sample, production begins immediately and no further changes can be made. Orders will not be processed until you approve your proof.

Payment

Angie’s Candies accepts credit cards via Paypal. You do not need to have an account to use Paypal. Click here to visit their site. All orders must be paid for in full prior to shipping. Local orders for pickup or delivery must be paid in full upon receipt of goods and may require a 50% deposit. Upon our discretion, other payment arrangements may be made.

Refunds

You are placing an order for custom designed products. As these products are created specifically for you, we do NOT accept returns and do NOT offer refunds unless there is an error on our part or a product has been grossly misrepresented. Refunds will not be issued for deposits, however, deposits may be used towards another order.

Web Samples

Our web samples are displayed to assist you with choosing a design for your event. They are low resolution to speed loading times. Our completed products will be high quality and professional….our promise to you. As computer monitors vary, colors may look slightly different in person. If you need an exact color match, please contact us.

Availability of Products

Angie’s Candies reserves the right to substitute products when necessary. In the rare case when a substitution becomes necessary, you will be notified for your approval.
